The awards are presented annually to outstanding businesses from East AL, West and Southwest GA area in recognition of their commitment to exceptional standards in relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, competitors and the surrounding community.  Companies are judged in four categories based on their number of employees.  Award entries are evaluated by an independent panel of judges from the D. Abbott Turner School of Business at Columbus State University.
